Hello Friends!!! I hope your month of November has been as amazing as mine! Firstly, I am so delighted to know that ANNAMAE PHOTO won "The Knot Best of Weddings 2014" award! This is such an accomplishment to us and we couldn't have done it with all of you and your support.
This past weekend was a very emotional one for me as I witnessed one of my closest friends getting married. It was so crazy to think back on our youth and how much we've blossomed over the years. She was radiant and filled the day with such beauty. I am so happy for you Caroline and Alec Strickland. This is exactly why I love what I do!
Now, lets get to my recent work! I am introducing you to one of my favorite couples yet, Raena + Travis! They we're such a joy to be around. Can we also talk about how absolutely stunning she was?!! I just loved her 20's inspired flapper wedding dress!

I just have to say how blessed I am to have the privilege to do what I do. There are so many hurting people in our world that are jobless or barely getting by in a job to provide the necessities for their families. Sometimes I get wrapped up in everything with busy schedules, editing, emails, social media, marketing, and so on. More often than not I need take a step back and be thankful that I am able to do something so many out there will never have the opportunity to do. I think the passion I have for photography comes from my passion for people and my photography is an expression of that. I think the two most beautiful things in the world are love + emotion and when I look through my camera that is my focus. Thank you, yes you, because even you give me the push I need to keep this passion going strong.

I would love to introduce you to my dear friends Morgan and Travis. They are exactly what they seem in these photographs; happy, loving, funny, and all around amazing people. When Morgan first asked me my thoughts on doing an anniversary shoot, I was thrilled. Their love for each other is undeniable and I couldn't wait to capture it. We had such an great time on our shoot I could have gone all day. I love that Travis whipped out his arborist gear for a few last minute shots, definitely something one day their kids will cherish. Thank you both for showing us all what true love really looks like. I love you guys.
