RAGTIME REVIVAL GALA | JOHN & MABLE RINGLING MUSEUM

I am so excited for what is ahead of me. I already have been so busy with work, it hasn't even left me time to make a blog post. Well here I am! So, I have been a part of the Asolo Theater's Annual Gala for almost 5 years now. It would be described, as an event to raise money for anything & everything to do with the arts. There is everything from gourmet dining, to dancing, live and silent auctioning, and so on. This event is always anything but underdone, although the John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art was my favorite location yet.

Also, I have to give a shout out to my dear friend, Laura Wood for doing such a beautiful job with the decor!

KATIE POWERS & DAVID KONFARA | DOWNTOWN TAMPA

Hello World!! I hope everyone had a great month of March! I still can't believe it's already over. I have had so many things going on from babies, to weddings, to gala's, to outreach, to events, and so on...

So back in January, The Glazer Museum held a bridal event and I had a drawing for a free engagement shoot. I finally got the chance to shoot my first winners: Katie Powers & David Konfara! They we're both such a pleasant couple and I truly enjoyed working with them. Katie had asked for a park kind of setting, so I planned on doing our shoot in Curtis Hixon Park. Unfortunately, the day of our shoot I was not expecting a huge Seafood Festival; so I had to come up with a plan "b". Downtown Tampa?? We all agreed and I think over all it worked out for the best.

Congratulations Kaite & David.

BENNETT | PALMETTO

First things first.

I just need to thank all of YOU out there for your on going support & truly believing in me. I wouldn't have the confidence or the success of taking my passion & molding it into a career without you. I feel like I have literally done a 180 since last year, and I am so genuinely happy. I have to say it is a lot more work than I have ever anticipated, but it's so worth it. Thank you for ALL again for making this possible. :)

Now I would love to present Bennett. Mother, Ashley Brown had mentioned that she didn't want something standard, and especially not anything at the beach. So I spent a good amount of time researching locations and ideas. I came across a historic park in Palmetto and I found out it had just what I was looking for; including an old 1920's post office & school house. I immediately had a vision and emailed Ashley with clothing inspiration. Bennett blew me away with his great behavior, and of course his great modeling skills.

Please enjoi.
